A modular home is probably a little more expensive, and you can create a transit area / foundation or pillar need, while not produced at home. But long term, a modular home will give you a better return on their dollar value, the owner of more, and it will be easier to fund (and a better insurance premiums) to. A modular home also usually give you more flexibility for the layout.
Not manufactered go with a home. They cut so many corners, and you have a valve much less at home.
